The vision for the Summit Bar at Snowbird was to create a space that embodied the Danish concept of hygge (hoo-gah): a quality of coziness and comfortable friendliness, and a feeling of contentment or well-being. It would be the perfect spot for friends to gather for après-ski after a fantastic day at Snowbird, sharing each other’s amazing experiences from the day, nestled comfortably in the seats and sipping on a one-of-a-kind cocktail. The Summit Bar stands as a continuation of GSBS’s long partnership with Snowbird, shaping experiences that honor place while defining the future of alpine hospitality.
