The Salt Lake City Main Library’s roof renovation began as a crucial technical repair to stop leaks threatening collections and interior spaces, but it has since transformed into a vibrant public space atop one of the city’s most iconic civic buildings. The redesigned rooftop now invites people of all ages to gather, learn, and take in sweeping views of downtown Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Mountains.
