The design of New Mid Gad references the historic and iconic look of the original Mid Gad building’s timber truss structure while utilizing modern construction technology and advanced materials. The new building with its contemporary glass box and diagonal structural elements, will become every bit as memorable and iconic as the old Mid-Gad. The walls of glass capture stunning mountain views that give guests that one of a kind Snowbird experience while providing skiers a comfortable, warm, mid-mountain shelter to have a meal and a rest before hitting the slopes again.
