The Kauri Sue Hamilton School is a special education facility in the Jordan School District, Utah, serving children, teens, and young adults with severe special needs. The GSBS landscape architecture team designed a new 6,150 square foot all-abilities playground located in the courtyard. The playground is designed with a colorful, resilient ground surface and playful patterns guiding students to various play elements, focused on inclusivity and accessibility for all students.
