ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Utah OFFICE

GSBS Architects is an award-winning, inter-disciplinary design firm with a collaborative culture that supports career growth and advancement within the firm. 

We have an immediate opening in our Administrative/Office Support team. The position is based in our Salt Lake City office and includes supporting both our Fort Worth and Salt Lake City staff and projects. It is an in-person position.

The position includes general office management and organization tasks such as greeting office visitors, answering phones, scheduling, and assisting with conference room & lunch set up for meetings, ordering supplies, keeping the supply and break rooms stocked and tidy. It also includes assisting project teams with formatting and assembling technical specifications and distributing documents as needed.

The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, detail-oriented, and an accomplished multi-tasker. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience in a professional services environment is preferred, as is a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam, Newforma, and Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint. 

This is a full-time position with benefits, including medical and dental insurance, vacation and sick leave, parental leave, 401K retirement plan, and profit-sharing bonuses. Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Pay is dependent upon experience.
