Marketing Coordinator (2+ years of experience) - Utah Office

GSBS Architects is an award-winning, inter-disciplinary design and planning firm with a collaborative culture that supports career growth and advancement within the firm. We have an immediate opening in our Salt Lake City Office for a marketing coordinator with 2+ years of experience and strong writing and interpersonal skills. 

 Responsibilities include:

  •  Contributing to marketing efforts by creating and managing content for:

    • Proposals

    • Website and social media 

    • Presentations, conferences, and trade shows

  • Helping to manage marketing database content

  • Helping define and execute business development strategies

Competencies include:

  • Strategic and critical thinking 

  • Organizing information and managing deliverables

  • Collaborating with graphic designers and other team members

  • Writing and presentation ability

  • Attention to detail

  • Demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness

  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe business suites 

This is a full-time, salaried position with excellent benefits and profit-sharing bonuses. Salary is competitive and dependent upon experience. GSBS values and prefers in-person collaboration but gives employees the flexibility to work from non-office locations at times and when effective and coordinated with project team and firm needs.
