GSBS and Big-D Construction were hired by a developer for a new office building in Summit County. This fast track design/build project is finished and opened for occupancy in January of this year. A second building, approximately half the size of the first, opened for occupancy in 2006.

The 63,000 sf, three story office building boasts an open floorplan with all functional and mechanical elements running through a central core. This layout allows maximum open leasable space around the building's perimeter. With stunning views of the surrounding mountains, the building offers a premium office space. The building is located close to Interstate 80 and can be seen by passing traffic.

Exterior finishes are designed to respond to existing park standards and use locally quarried stone veneer.
