GSBS worked closely with ASG Real Estate and ACCO General Contractors through the design and construction of this 200,000+ square foot retail project. GSBS and the developers focused on giving the center a unique identity and did so through the use of unique building materials and design. The project also gave a boost to the City of Watauga’s image and economy.

Tenants include: Beauty Brands, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Cool Cuts 4 Kids, Cost Plus World Market, E.B. Games, Half Price Books, Mattress Giant, Office Depot, Sports Authority, Party City, Petsmart, Pier 1, Ross Dress for Less, Sprint Wireless, Chipotle, Vision City, and Cold Stone Creamery.
