Lindsay applied for the Interior Design Program at Brigham Young University Idaho in order to escape questioning peers and mentors, who kept asking what she was going to do with her life. Luckily, she was accepted and discovered that she actually quite enjoyed design and completed her Bachelor Degree of Interior Design. During school, she worked with a local business doing residential design and helping clients find a look and style they loved. After graduation, she served a nineteen month mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Caribbean Islands—where she fell in love with the beautiful beaches, bright colors and the fantastic people. She returned to Utah and worked with the LDS Church, assisting on various temple projects around the world until she found herself at GSBS Architects.
Lindsay’s favorite part of design is working with clients and watching their excitement as a project comes together. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, singing, and being with family and friends— sometimes all at the same time, though usually only on days she’s feeling particularly talented. She also loves learning new things and is always excited to meet any new challenge that comes her way.
