JACKIE Hampton

INTERIOR DESIGNER
IIDA, LEED GA

Jackie grew up in a family of artists & accountants. This unique combination sparked an interest in Interior Design, where she found she could combine these skills. She graduated from Utah State University in 2018 with her Bachelors of Interior Design and started work at GSBS shortly after. Jackie believes that design has the power to impact the way we feel, work, and interact with each well-designed space making the world a little better. She especially enjoys working on office and healthcare projects.

Simply put, Jackie loves to explore. Whether it’s the Uintah mountains, the middle of the desert or an art gallery—she’s happiest wandering for hours with her camera in hand. When she was 16 years old, Jackie picked up her dad’s Canon Rebel camera and from then on, she’s proclaimed herself an “avid but amateur photographer.” She credits most her skills to the one college class she took and lots of hours of trial & error. When Jackie isn’t outdoors, she’s probably in her kitchen baking some sort of cake, cookie, or donut she’s come up with.

In 2021, Jackie temporarily relocated to Henderson, Nevada for her husband’s grad school program. Jackie currently works remotely for GSBS and enjoys the desert plants and sunsets while tolerating the windy heat.
