Dejan was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and spent the golden years of his childhood moving through different parts of former Yugoslavia during the mid-1990’s. The selflessness of his parents forced him to move to the United States in 1997, in search of a better future. They found themselves culturally shocked and at home in Salt Lake City. Finding comfort in the exciting world of planning and real estate, Dejan received a Bachelor’s in Urban Planning and a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.
In his spare time, Dejan enjoys losing his temper watching Real Salt Lake and the US National Soccer Team. His relaxing hobbies include enjoying the pristine Utah outdoors and fly fishing.
