SCOTT RANDALL

LANDSCAPE Architect

Scott’s love for design began in high school as he took every architecture and art class he could fit into his schedule. After high school, Scott attended Brigham Young University with a plan to major in graphic design and attend graduate school to study architecture. His plans changed quickly when he took an elective landscape design course, which eventually led to a degree in landscape management and a minor in business. After his graduation from BYU, Scott studied landscape architecture at Kansas State University where he developed a passion for urban design, walkability, and public space. In 2020 Scott graduated with his Master of Landscape Architecture degree and started at GSBS soon after.

Scott is originally from Utah but has also lived in Illinois, Oregon, New York, Kansas, and Ohio. In his spare time, Scott loves hiking, running, reading, ultimate frisbee, and watching football (especially his favorite teams, the Oregon Ducks and the New England Patriots).
