ARCHITECTURAL INTERN | ASSOCIATE AIA, NCARB
Heather is a proud Utah native. Growing up, when she wasn’t exploring the outdoors or reading, she was sketching and creating buildings, floor plans, and cities. She later received her Master of Architecture at Arizona State University, where she also enjoyed teaching 1st and 4th year design students. However, Heather is an Aggie at heart. She received her Bachelor of Business degree at Utah State University, where she thrived on organizing events and programs through student government. The highlight of her education was travelling to Soddo, Ethiopia to create community-sustaining design solutions in their built environment. She continues to serve her community, most recently serving on a City Housing and Community Development Board.
Heather loves learning, and is interested in a vast array of subjects—urban design, music, public health, religion, literature, art, biophilia, and humanitarian design. With a passion for outdoor adventures, travelling, and people, she explores this magnificent planet every chance she gets. Her family, friends, and faith are the light of her life.
Heather recently joined GSBS, after spending several years as an architectural designer in Arizona. She is thrilled to once again be a mountain woman and a part of the GSBS team.
