Administrative Assistant – Utah Office
GSBS Architects (Utah Office) has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant. You will provide general office support for a variety of clerical activities & tasks.
Previous experience in the design or construction industry preferred. Experience with project information management software and technical specifications preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
There is some flexibility for this position, depending on the preference of the person hired. It can be a full-time position (30 to 40 hours per week), with benefits. Or, it can be a part-time position (25 hours per week), with no benefits.
